1. *Eligibility*: This raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pratt Properties Team and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No purchase or sale of property is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or sale will not increase your chances of winning.
2. *Prize*: The prize consists of a 5 Day/4 Night Cruise Vacation Certificate for Two to the Bahamas, Mexico, or the Western Caribbean on one of the luxury super-liner ships. The prize includes an interior stateroom for two, gourmet meals and snacks, 24-hour stateroom service, access to shows and entertainment, use of luxury pools, whirlpools, sun decks, and shipboard activities. The certificate does not cover additional expenses such as travel to and from the departure port, shore excursions, personal expenses, or optional activities.
3. *Taxes and Fees*: The certificate recipient is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize, which amount to $43.60 per person per day. Details regarding the payment of taxes and fees will be provided with the certificate.
4. *How to Enter*: Participants can enter the raffle by subscribing to the Pratt Properties Team website. Each individual is allowed one entry. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.
5. *Raffle Period*: The raffle begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date], with the drawing taking place on April 1st. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the raffle period.
6. *Winner Notification*: The winner will be notified via email or phone within [number] days following the drawing. The winner will have [number] days to accept the prize by replying to the notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within the allotted time, a new winner may be drawn.

9. *Governing Law*: This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
10. *Changes to the Terms*: Pratt Properties Team reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the raffle should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Pratt Properties Team’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the raffle.
