Peggy Pratt boasts 28 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds numerous prestigious positions. She is a member of the National Board for NAHREP, serves on the Board for MLS, and is a member of the Zoning and Planning Board for the City of Revere, Massachusetts. As the team leader of the Pratt Properties Team, she continues to make a significant impact in the industry. Peggy is also a speaker, entrepreneur, and co-author of “Breaking the Glass Ceiling: 21 Powerful Latina Champions Who Are Rewriting The Rules For What’s Possible.”

Career Journey

Peggy embarked on her real estate career in 1996, initially managing apartment rentals in East Boston. After briefly venturing into the restaurant business, opening a clothing boutique, and hosting her own radio program, she ultimately found her true calling in real estate sales, leading her to re-enter the field in 1999.

Industry Impact

Peggy has guided both first-time homebuyers and investors, skillfully managing over 300 short sales following the market downturn. Her expertise has helped homeowners navigate challenges, liberating them from burdensome mortgages with minimal impact on their credit. She consistently ranks among the top 4% of all Century 21 Agents nationwide and has been recognized as a Top 250 professional by NAHREP annually from 2018 to 2024. Peggy also serves as a National NAHREP coach.

Leadership & Community Engagement

Beyond real estate, Peggy has served as the past president of the Lynnfield Rotary in 2020 and has been on the MLS Board since 2023. She was also a member of the 2021 Greater Boston Association of Realtors Board of Directors. She runs “Sin Permiso,” a Latina lifestyle podcast that provides inspiration and empowerment.

Peggy leads the Pratt Properties Team, a bilingual real estate group serving Massachusetts and Florida. The team specializes in residential and commercial properties, new developments, and relocations across the country. In 2023, they ranked #55 among the top 100 Latino teams.

The Pratt Properties Team provides free workshops for first-time homebuyers, investors, and local businesses, promoting financial wellness through real estate. They collaborate with experts in law, taxes, and property management to offer comprehensive guidance. Currently, they are the #3 Century 21 Team in Massachusetts and the #1 Team in Revere, Massachusetts.
